Unfortunately, this episode was never broadcast at the time.

At Thames TV, the TV executives had an office competition every Christmas to see who had the worst outtakes from programs. The Rainbow team made this episode especially for that, and won. It was never seen on British TV until much later when it was re-discovered and began to appear on comedy compilation programs.

It's still bloody hilarious.
