Not trying to flame you, but got a question for you. In your signature it says something about Darwoth. Are those actual quotes from Darwoth? Because I think the ones Darwoth has in his sig are actual quotes from you, am I wrong?
DArkfrost187

And him leaving the house ever ??? Thats a mystery to remain unsolved
Art bell couldnt even answer that question....

Well I dunno the whole story and your relationship with Darwoth, but your sig as a come back to Darwoth's is pretty lame.

Yes, they are real quotes from Sid on Darwoth's sig. I called him out on the Rykker < Koorn one, so I am at least sure of that one. The rest sounds like something moronic enough to come from him.

the quotes in my sig are genuine, they may still be in one of the posts on the back pages.

Haha that last quote almost made me piss myself......Stupid is in the mind of one's opinion?? What the fuck is that supposed to mean. Hahahahhah.

There's really a subtlety in humor, and it's hard to voice what is sincerely funny.
"Stupid is in the mind of one's opinion."
That one is beautiful, and I laugh every time I see it.
"Hey what's this round thing, shall I turn it??
Different kind of humor, but just as funny in my opinion.
Overall who cares who said them, who they're about. Gotta lay back sometimes and just take the humor for what it is, something to entertain. If you take everything you see on this board personally, it's time to hang up the keyboard.
My grandmother told me when I went to her after having problems in grade school, that the only way to beat someone is to be better than them. It was a lesson I'll never forget, and though I'm sure some nitwit will mock the post, it is a good point.

So Busy, if I called you a soap opera addict, and a drunk, with 300lb flabby arms in real life, you'd think that was funny also? Perhaps if I mocked a very serious health problem you might have in real life, that would just make you squirt milk from your nose. Huk huk

I wouldn't care less personally, though I would think it was sad of you to bring up my rl problems (none of which these are,, this is merely for the sake of argument) as a way to get out of discussing something here.
The fact is Arri is that you brought up your problem to a group of people you knew would be immature at times about it. I would also condemn Dark about this, but as I said earlier, I talked to him about his posts and other things. He simply posts it to get a reaction, to make people laugh and bust a blood vessel over silly things. I know he doesn't mean it personally and isn't directing it at you to make you feel bad. He just wants you to respond and write silly things in return. He's harmless if you (and this isn't just to Arri) get off your highhorse and realize he's just playing around. You're playing the game responding to him, calling him stupid, pointless or what have you.
In the end I don't support rl arguments, but his brand of silliness I do support. I know it's harmless now and that's why it affects me not in the least.
haha yeh when i first read the sig about darwoth i spit soda but i was really mad at darwoth at the time,
and the thing about stupid in the mind of ones opinion, thats so funny that it is brilliant beyond our time...
you must admit sid can entertain you... he is like Don King in that way..... you know the person who starts a sentence thinking one thing and ends the statement by saying something they dont even believe in but its too late they already said it, and even they can't believe what they are saying, but then they have to defend their loony statements...but it comes out making sense in its own strange way...like yogi berra's yogi-isms...like 90% of the game is 50% mental...that type of shit.... anyways i like sid and he doesnt edit his posts so i respect him for that because when i read his unindented paragraphs i feel as if i am sitting across from him in a chair and he is typing it the same way he would say it out loud.
anyways... i hate my computer this is the only place to talk to my wode's, i need to format my hardrive cuz i got a virus like an asshole by downloading some shit for my friends cpu as a favor... and i need to figure out wtf i got in my shit so i will have the drivers ready...which i know will never happen.

I don't think I could like someone that would speak out-loud like that. However, I do agree that stupidity statement is one of the funniest things I've ever read, but don't ever compare his statements to Yogi Berra's.

I liked him from day one I met him at WK barbs.
When I was Mafiosi I used to always pass through WK to get to high keep.
I would see Aytowun,Astoron,and Shaolinx leveling at barbs.
I loved Darkenbane the first day I saw them rocking people in the zones.
First time I ever saw Darkenbane.
I was in Wrath of Honor with Maf lol {hey I was young and dumb newbie lol}
So was Haanibal {no disrespect to the kat,but if i'm going down so is he j/k}
I was at Qeynos gates sitting there and I see a Woodelf druid or maybe an ENC in woody form {I didnt pay attention to the name much}
All I knew this woody had a Darkenbane tag on {it could of been Ianas,or maybe Kerrygetz enc in wood form}
It still bothers me to this day who that woodelf was.
All I know that woody was so pimp,and everyone feared him when he was in qeynos.
Belia the gimp was there and shouted in zone "Darkenbane is here,everyone start bagging"
I go to Belia,and asked who DArkenbane is. I go "are they pkers" ???
Belia than tells me "their the worse outlaws here in Norrath"...
Right away I fell in damn love !!!!
I than looked at my tag,and said "WTF am i doing wearing this ghey tag" ???
So I leave qeynos,and go to WK barb village.
I see Aytowun,Astoron,and Shao leveling there.
I am like damn "DArkenbane is a big guild,they everywhere"!!!!
So everyday when I am in WC,EC,karanas I see Kerrygetz rocking people.
And passing through WK I always stopped,and told DArkenbane how much they are gods ...
Aytowun was always nice,and mad cool.
So I finally get in DB with Sinista..
Chat room owned...
Everyone was funny as fuck.
Genaside would tell mullet jokes.
I remember I was making fun of Pedro from Real World 3 {bah kind of mean}
I had Aytowun laughing his ass off.
But yes Aytowun was always a down to earth laid back kat.
That has flava that flows.
He would be damn cool kat to hang with...
Blaze,drink,and party....
Me and my friends are just like Aytowun I say.
We are laidback,and we dont take life serious...
We just love fun....
He also loves the same music me and my friends enjoy.
But OMG I am on a rock phase now.
Linkin,Papa,SOAD,Mushroom,Slip,alot of DEftones listening now to....
I put away my ice,and now am hardcore dresser.
Tattoos and body piercings are my jewelry now lol

05-22-2002, 02:26 PM
Yeah Deftones are the shit.
Linkin Park I love because they are a mix of different type of music.
Sometimes Linkin even sounds like DEpeche Mode {always a fan of them} with hip-hop,and hard rock =hybrid heh
Mushroom omg they own {from Cleveland to lol}
They look like a revolution rdy to happen
Rammstein always will love also.
System of a Down is so different,and orig but does have RAM views like politics.
Why I love Papa Roach. Because I was the biggest ass fan of Suicidal Tendencies when they owned {even when they were punk,Institutionalised is still my fav CD lol}
Papa Roach reminds me of a modern day ST.
One band that I am DFL with...
Biohazard ! Even if they never come out from the underground lable.
THey are damn talented. They deserve more than their getting also.
DAmn Even Seinfeld gets your ass off OZ,and pick up that guitar bro !!!!
I think Mudvayne is a rip off of Slip not.
So they wont last munch longer.....
Noobe
05-22-2002, 02:36 PM
Mudvayne owns slip, mostly because thier musicians are actually talented ;p And the fact that a 4 piece band pumps out more complicated (in a good way) songs then a 9 piece..
I like the slip self titled album more then any of the mudvaybe CDs, but anything by mud blows away Iowa. If slip dosnt get back to thier self titled style music, they will continue to suck :/
Then again, as a bass player, I'm a tad biased ;P
DArkfrost187
05-22-2002, 03:33 PM
Also I forgot to add.
Tool is and will always be my favorite band around...
Thats talent,and original for sure.
Maynard much props !!
DArkfrost187

Too pimp Noobe !! Playing in a band rocks.
Yeah IOWA I dont like too much also.
Its so mainstream like bullshit.
Their early stuff owned.
Dunno Mudvayne is ok.
I just really dont like them much.
Same as I never saw much in Korn.
Bass is the pimpest sound.
I love Tools bass the most...they have their own sound thats for sure.
JUst like Iron Maiden had their own bass sound when they were huge.
Iron Maiden was loved by everyone.
I remember when I was a skater.
Skaters were sporting Eddie stickers on their leather jackets heh
REmember when as a skater.
WE would buy a motorcycle jacket,.and stick tons of stickers on it lol
I remember I had Misfits,DK,Suicidal Tendencies lol
God those were the good days !!!!
Days I lived in CAli....I was a skate punk.....that listened to hardcore punk....
Than when I moved to Ohio at 17 years old.....NWA !!!! lol
Fuck tha police !!!!

Last part of the statement I agree with. First part I do not. I bought Iowa after a girlfriend introduced me to the self titled. I was so very disappointed when I first heard it and went back to the self titled for awhile. Then I gave it another chance---and hated it. I listened to it a few more times because I did spend a bit on the cd and hate the money to go to waste. After awhile I just saw what they were doing and it is easily one of my favorite modern cd's now. Just give the thing a chance and after awhile you should love it too.

I don't know I've never listened to Iron Maiden ;/ Yes, Tool's bass is awsome, I just started playing the schism/reflection riffs which are fun ;p I need a Ernie Ball bass so I can get that Undertow Era sound :/ I'm kind of in a band, exept we don't have a drummer. It's just me and my guitarist friend, we just jam, and try to play songs we like.
I traded Iowa back to the CD Store for an offspring (smash) cd without the case, was a good deal, for me anways ;p I didn't give it a chance, tho. Maybe I'll buy it again some day :(

Punk rock blows the big one too, it all sounds the same. But hey everyone's entitled to their ideas. Plus you'll grow out of it, Punk Rock, Goth music all that garbage is a phase. You'll see. Flame all you want but in 5 years when you look back on how your genre of music was amazingly horrid, you'll understand. It's kind of like, liking country music until the age of 10 when you realize it's all about Ford Pick-ups, and Trailers. Sometimes Traintracks too. /shrug. It's a phase. ;)

Yeah I always loved punk rock. To this day "Never mind the Bulloks" is in my car.
I loved the SEx Pistols no doubt.
Johnny "Rotten will always be my idol when it comes to rebeless figures in life.
Also sec is Tommy Lee lol
Hip-hop is getting quite ghey. I mean the most hardcore you can get in is DMX,and the rest suck.
I cant listen to P shitty,Gay Z,Smelly.....Master Piss with his son ...
C-Murder was cool,but he will be tossing the salad pretty soon but only on a farm.
Silk cant rap worth shit.
Bones Thugs and Harmony coming back, but they will prove once again their numbers up.
After Tupac died everything in hardcore rap went to hell.
I used to love all Ice T stuff {Iceburg}
NWA owned....Easy E,Getto Boyz,DOC,Above the Law,thats when hip -hop owned
Even Public Enemy rocked YEAHHH BOYYY !!!!!
THe stuff 801 mentions does rock bigtime !!!
But thats the minority of hardcore hip-hop.
Now its all mainstream positive bullshit.
EVen Percy Miller is a fag....Sup Mercy *cough* Mr Icecream man ????
I miss the 5 brothers from Compton named Dr.Dre {Not Andre of today,the softee}Easy E {Eric Wright RIP} Ice Cube {Oshea Jackson,not Mr.Hollywood sellout},Arabian Prince {aint shit now},MC REn {Lorenzo still hardcore but whats he doing now? }
Yella {Antoine get out of the porno movies,and get back to the turntable}
Thats when hip-hop owned.
When ICE T was pimpin,and doing his Cop Killer shit {Still got that CD heh}
Early Snoop was pretty pimp but now hes just commercialised...
My choice now is hardcore music over hip-hop.
YOu still get the hip-hop flavor in it also.
Kid Rock even owns....he amazes me the diversity of music he makes....
Noobe thats damn cool....you could get a band going sometime if you keep going at it...

niggers is the term for niggers.
or to break it down further for this particular situation niggers is the term for the gold toothed "gangsta rapper" who sings about rioting, selling crack, doing drivebys with his tec9 and killing "whitey" while interjecting "nigga" and about 14 "fucks" and "hos" into their 20 word chorus of ebonics and broken english.

here is a nice little sample.
why is it when blacks pour out racism it is deemed ok and artistic expression by the masses but the second a white guy says anything derogatory about a black everyone is up in arms demonizing them?
all of the following "singers" (LOL) got a grammy award so dont think these were some obscure basement drumbeaters nobody ever heard of.

Oh you just brought up a touchy subject Darwoth. Why are blacks allowed to have black only colleges and an United Negro Fund. I don't know of any United White People Fund or a white only college. It's pretty pathetic when someone has to be hired for the job not because they are more qualified, but because the color of their skin. These are just a few examples and I am sure there are a thousand to list, but this is a never ending debate.

Yea!
How come black people can call us crackers and whitey all day, but if somone calls them a "Nigger" it's so HORRIBLE? If somone made a song about killing black people and shipping them back to africa, I'm pretty sure they'd be harassed for being racsist :(

It is called reverse racism, society belives that minorities have the right to be racist and discriminatory because the same has happened to them. It is a perfect case of an Eye for an Eye. Now for the Affirmative Action law, that is pretty much a joke no matter what color your skin, or what country you come from. Large companies view the AA law as needing a quota for minorities, so they hire thier token black, token indian, token jew etc etc, yet when it comes time for those tokens to gain respect in the business they have to work 20 times harder then they would if there were no AA law. Dont get me wrong, i try not to judge people by there skin, hair, close, ethinicity, but by thier actions, i am not always perfect, but the AA law does more damage to people then good.
Discuss.

Its pathetic in my opinion also with that affirmative action bullshit ...
Even though I am considered Hispanic. I dont play that shit...
If someone isnt qualified for a job,and the other person is white that is qualified.
THan damnit the white should get that job over a damn token....
It's not the color....its the person that deserves the job,and has the skills for it....
But also I am half white also...
So I dont see race..
I see the person that deserves that positioin,and not because the color of their skin...
THats bullshit...
Yes everything is so fucked out to this day....
Because everything is black/white..
Its the media that rubs it in our faces....

Me and Trayia are both of Mexican descent,and yes Spic is what Mexicans,and other latinos are called.
The origin of the word "spic" came from when the Puerto Ricans came to NYC.
From the it comes from the word "Hispanic" {which shouldnt even be used to describe latinos}
Reason why is because Hispanic means "Indegenious,European.
Not all Latinos are the same. They are not to be put under one umbrella.
Hispanic term was started by Nixon.
They are Latinos because they are the people of all Latin America.
Not all Latinos are Indigenious,or pure spanish.
There are Africans,Mestizo {mixed Indian and European},Molattos,Spanish {Caucasion}
The word comes from Hispanic.
But really they were called spics because the people that lived in NYC before the Puerto Ricans came saw the Puerto Ricans as outsiders that couldnt speak English.
So they would tell them to "Speak English"
But since the Puerto Ricans couldnt say the words right they would say "Spic" but really they were trying to say speak....
"Spic English"
Than I guess the word went to Cali somehow and tagged us chicanos lol
WOP means "With out papers" heh for Italian/Sicilians
