try rebooting in safe mode and deleting the file(or run a scan and have norton delete it)

That should clear it up for ya. Also, delete limewire and any porn you downloaded. Then send me all your bank account information. TY sir~

P.S. Before deleting porn, send it to me

you said norton couldn't delete it.. did you try running norton from safe mode? chances are, that DLL has attached itself to something that is loading when windows starts(probably a browser help object) and that is why norton can't delete it from normal mode. So if you run in safe mode, that file shouldn't be in use and you should be able to remove it.

Download Hi Jack This
Run the program
Click on Config
Click Misc Tools
Click Process Manager
Click Show .dlls
Click on each running process and scroll through the .dlls its using
Find the process that is running the .dll mentioned above.
Kill it.
Delete file.

Preferably do this in safe mode.
