9 dmg 19 dly 5 ac 9 agi , effect 200 dmg dot in 60 seconds with 20% slow. Proc at lvl 1.

Trading for warrior weap or nice caster resist belt/shoes/legs/arms.

About 41K pp - according to eqprices.com

Probably be worth 200pp as soon as they nerf it, so i'd offload that thing pretty quick.

41k? lol, I could haggle down a Swiftblade of Zek for that. I think not bro. Try 12k max, maybe. And consider yourself really lucky if you get that. It's a nice effect, but 9/19 is nothing hotshot and an xp group can get it.

Consider this (rallos prices, not inflated blue server):

Lamentation (9/19 + shit stats) - 1k
Defiance (9/19 + less shitty stats) - 3k
Sebilite Croaking Dirk (10/18 + shit stats) - 8-10k
CBoL (10/18 10mr effect: shadow) - 12-15k
Swiftblade of Zek (11/18 nice stats and 100hp) - 45-50k
Horn of Hsagra (13/20 decent stats) - 80k
