Green Whelp Armor Nerf

Upon the release of patch version 1.10, players will notice that the Green Whelp Armor no longer affects targets above level 50. In addition, the the sleep duration will be reduced from 30 seconds to 10 seconds. from Eyonix

i can understand it needed to be nerfed but really suprised that it doesn't effect lvl 50 and above players. I guess only wear it when u want to gank noobs?

Basically, it was one of those little toys that made the game a little more fun and a fight a little more interesting. But like everything else, it is now completely useless other than say for example, a solo druid who is leveling up between level 30 (requires level 30 to wear the armor) and 49 (as mentioned, no longer affects level 50+). And I just got +4 to all stats on my Green Whelp Armor on my 34 druid... fuckin.

Same thing goes with Admiral's Hats and other such items.... useless.
