Full item loot and no hardcoded rules where you cant attack certain people. There are reputation hits if you kill your own race or a allied race that is not in a clan that you are at war with however. It is possible to be kos with every race but still survive. Personally I'm likeing the Alfar race cause they are kos to everyone and I hate not killing someone because of not wanting to take a faction hit.

History tells us that's not going to be the case bro ;P.

That said, the ruleset is definitely more up our alley than any game since SB.
