tech help, switching accounts

I used to have to just camp to desktop, now I have to reboot when I go from one account to another. Any ideas?

I think I heard about video card problems being an issue with something like that, you may need to email verant tech support.

Thats what mine does, keyboard and mouse stop responding at the char selections screen.
