Theres only been like 17-30 recorded deaths ever by sting rays. I'm pretty sure most of those were either children or people who had allergic reactions to the poisen.

I know he had been bitten in the hand by a croc and hes been bitten by many poisenous snakes but hes always had the anti venom with him.
