Archlord: For those interested

Archlord has been pretty fun so far, even though as far as actual gameplay goes it can't compare all to WoW. It is fun though and the leveling is extremely easy. Awakened and I made our dudes on Saturday morning and we played Sat&Sun and are both mid 20s.

This is beta right now, but it will go live in a month. Just post here if you're interested in playing with us when it goes live. This isn't a Darkenbane sponsored game, it's just a group of friends smokin people. Send me a message or post on here if you're interested in kickin it with us.

This is just beta right now but there's about 5 of us playing. Me, Awakened, Sufari, Wiqid, Tubias, and Allswell. Everyone is SO anti-pk on this game, it's pretty hilarious. People are in for a dose of reality when they implement PK loot for release. People already hate me, sufari, and awakened.. that's for sure.

yea 30 min played time in this game will yeild a very poor verdict , pvp begins after lev 6 so i dont know how far u got . with low charcter customization its easy to write the game off right from the start 2. i belive alot of the fun comes with building ur guys skills an really making ur charcter ur own , after playing for a week now i pre-ordered give it some time u just might like it !!!!!

i re downloaded the game.. but i cant seem to log on when i type in loginname and password notthin happens..

i know the servers came down for maitinence today cause the chantra store is coming online today,

i had a problem when signing my gf up for an account with the login as well tho,
i had to make sure the account was confirmed via the codemasters website an had to actually go thru the steps i had already completed agian i hope that helps

i do have an extra account if this continues to give u trouble. let me know

I like the shadowbane feel. although at times it also feels WoW zergish. maybe its just because the beta server is overloaded in some areas. customization is lacking, but the griefing is there--especially when item loot goes live.

Absolutely hate the camera control, its jagged. your natural camera view is never quite where you want it. Never felt that way in shadowbane. im just nit-picking though.

I dont know if everyone is blue because its beta and people are trying to "explore" the pve or what. Serious amount of unexplained bluebies for a game that is marketed in the U.S. for pvp. I think its the "cool bro were in beta lets group" attitude. We'll see at release i guess.

Its ship date in the US is oct 3. No item loot yet but our guild is pretty much the underdog pieces of Jesus that any1 could hope for. we bee the highest level guild in a guild war 10 v 3 and they were pissed.

It's not in yet. I'm still having fun playing though. We're 4-0 in guildwars right now. Our latest win is a 394 : 13 win against a 50 member guild. We also beat the "uber" guild on the server. It's still fun even without the item loot, fun enough I ordered my pre-order the other day. The ship day is the 3rd, so hopefully I'll have it on the 4th or so.

Well I played it again yesterday......told myself i wouldnt get into MMO's again (referring to WoW), but now this game....I cant go back again, have school and work....ARGH! Everyday its eating me away, got to call hellsfinest to see if he will cave in into getting it lol

Item loot is in the works. It is enabled in the chinese version of the game. The problem is Codemasters is just the publisher, they tell NHN (the korean company) what to change. Generally this takes time and they don't always get it right at first. But, item loot IS in the chinese version of the game so it's something that should be headed this way sometime soon.
