Planning on playing Archlord? *Read This*

Right now, for Archlord Beta, we're rollin under the name StreetCred. I know there are some of you that probably arn't feelin this name so post some of your ideas here and we'll choose one (if we find a better one), before the launch of Archlord retail servers, which will be somewhere between the 3rd and the 6th as they haven't made an official "This is when the servers will be live" post.

So far for a tentative roster we have:

ArchLord Official Release Date - 3rd October
Good News…ArchLord will be released October 3rd (North America Ship Date) and 6th October (Europe Street Date)

However, it has come to light that some players have received their retail copies of ArchLord early as a result of some retailers shipping the game early.

Unfortunately this means that despite having the box, players are still unable to create their accounts. Servers shall be taken down on the 2nd wiped and then returned so that players can start playing on October 3rd.

For now please be patient and wait till October 3rd, on this day you will be able to sign into your COG account, create your ArchLord subscription and then log in and play ArchLord.

Read the posts from Perse Vamp if you're interested in berserker and ranger (invis). Ranger is apparently the only class that can do 1.8k in 2seconds. Low dps but high burst.

do we know exactly what physical resitance does compared to skill block??

Physical resistance negates damage from physical attacks. Skill block avoids the damage entirely.

Example:

You have an ability that does 200% physical + 100% fire damage. If you have 10% physical resistance and 20% fire resistance the damage would look like that.

(200% physical - 10%physical resitance) + (100% fire - 10% resist) = damage

I'm sure there are other factors that go in also, but that's it pretty basically.

Dodge/Evasion/SkillBlock >>>>>>> Resists
HP > Resists/Defense
