GM involvement

I like the idea of GM involvement in a lot of cases. I'd rather fight human controled creatures and do quests with human controlled npcs over some ai any day. They need to be really careful of gm favortism though. If a guild or city is dominating for a long time it should not be up to the GMs to balance this.

I was a GM apprentience back in the EQ days, and I got to participate in GM events. One time 4 of us raided that zone......I forgot the name already...you know the one where the dragon Gore is? the one in the center, that castle...anyways, we were yeti's and our job was to pk players, and so I did. funny part was when I decided to head straight to for the weakest people and healers, in the end they killed me. I took down at least 15 or 20 of them before the whole zone decided to take us down.
