What's up guys, just dropping by like Truelaw. This is Deeple/Temperate/Accident. I stop by the site from time to time, it's good to see that alot of the old people still around. I don't know if any of you remember me or not, but when you guys went to WoW, I went to EQII. Like Truelaw, I won't get into Vanguard beta unless an accont falls in my lap at this point. I'd like to get back together with you guys in the next game though. It's sooooo hilarious reading some of the threads now with talks of Kerigan/Kairy from ToN and then all you ODB's. I miss the old days so much. Keep me posted on what the next move is, I'd like to get back in the mix, now that my life's settled down a little and I have more time. Peace

It's really nice to see some old school people dropping by again. Make sure you guys pop in from time to time and join us in the next "Feasting of the Sheep." (Chapter 4 page 69)

Right now I think the three games we are looking into the most are and in this order, Darkfall, Warhammer Online, Vanguard. I'm playing Vanguard atm and the game really seems to be coming together nicely. The only downfall is, as of yet, they haven't released the pvp server rulesets and pvp hasn't been tested. On the beta boards word is that some pvp will be added for Beta 4. Vanguard is Everquest with better graphics and a larger world. One cool aspect of the game that you caster might like, coming for a EQ Wizard Astoron Bloodstar, you can cast while moving. While you cast you can still move in any direction. However, the speed that you walk is at a semi snared pace. You will need a beefy system but I'll revise this in a week for they are just now moving from Direct X7 to Direct X9.0C. This should really make shit run better overall. Will be cool to see what effects it will have on the game.
