Hardware Question

k so i jus got this new laptop.. it kicks serious ass.. but only problem is the video card isnt up to par for gaming.. war3 gets pretty laggy.. and its not connection lag.. it starts freezing every few seconds (video lag)

anyone know if i can upgrade video card? if so.. link?

or if theres a way i can plug something in externaly?

I would be able to help ya if it was a PC.

I don't mess with laptops for this very reason. They are hard to upgrade, if you can at all.

Tryed the 800 number for sales that you probably got 100 times? :p

I'm hoping if you got a gateway you tryed them already, there usually pretty helpful.

I too only work on desktop pc's, but we do have a few laptops also, and by the looks of it the VC is onboard and I see no type of expansion slot.. and the form factors are pretty much propriety.

Oh yea, In one of the laptops I did notice where you could boost up the memory for that video cart.(add on slot). maybe you can add extra ram, but getting them thing open without breaking it is another story..
