I don't know if you play UO, but it had point and click system and was just fine. I'd prefer to use the keyboard, but its not a big deal really. You'll adapt fast.

UO wasnt point and click really. Just hot key Corp por ( ebolt) and press it 2 or 3 times.

Now that I remember my uber thief on Uo ....Will shadowbane have a REAL thief class in it? And can you steal from people like in UO?

UO was fun untill they nerfed thieves to hell. Disarming a retarded melee , then ganking his weapon while he stands there looking retarded = fun. Or stealing a mages regs in a dungeon so he cant gate out.

Pickpocketing 2 copper in eq = gay.

I dunno how much of it is based in fact, but from what i know there are different things to take into account that just dancing/jousting/etc. There are supposed to be different stances or something. Like an offensive stance where you just crank damage, but can take a bit more and eat sta like no one's business. And a defensive stance that well..duh. *shrug* just other factors than point'n'click or running around fps style stabbing people.

btw, take it from the guy that's way to obsessed with rogues, thieves, stealing, and being 'roguely', .. Thieves (http://www.orderoftheblackrose.net) are going to be your nightmare. :cool:
