well, to make a long story short i went to court on friday on some minor (non criminal) BS and after sitting through 5 hours of crackheads and assholes it was my turn on the docket, well come to find out i had a warrant for my arrest for a failure to appear a month earlier (huh?) for charges from from 1996 (once again, wtf?)

well after spending a grand on a lawyer and spending a week in jail i found out wtf the deal was, now brace yourselves for this a real shocker.......







A PAPERWORK FUCKUP! YES, thats right folks the wonderful people in the legal system fucked up paperowrk somewhere along their trail of horseshit! hard to believe isnt it!


turns out they had me listed to appear earlier to formally have old charges from when i was a juvenille some 5 and a half years ago dismissed, apparently they sent a letter to my parents house in 96 when i was 15 years old and when i failed to showup to a court date that i had no knowledge of to have charges that i already dealt with (5.5 years ago!) be dismissed a warrant for my arrest was issued, w00t!

just another fine example of an out of control, gluttonous incompetent government run wild.






ill catch up on some of the posts later, few of them look interesting and i am sure everyone is dying to hear my thoughts on them =P.

lol, nah no self respecting sniper would use a .223 or any other "puny" caliber.

besides if i was to wake up one morning off the deep end and start shooting people it wouldnt be a bunch of sheeple pumping gas or kids but some constitution tramplers.

7mm Magnum.

I dont have one yet, but plan to get a nice one with a nice scope in the future. Extreme range and very acurate.

That thing with the warrant happens all the time... but atleast the cop got some overtime pay for it. Thats all that matters anyway. I'm not sure why the judge would issue a warrant like that for charges that were already served, but the cop was supposed to be doing his due dilligence and should have picked you up after you failed to appear. Unless he was never subpeonaed, which happens often enough.

yeah "sheeple" has been a favorite of mine for a long time, i first heard it on a constituionalist message board about 4 years ago and have used it frequently ever since =P.

ahaah you spent a week in jail? what the fuck did you do when you were 15 that got you in so much trouble? why wasn't your case heard the next morning? that is seriously fucked, if you went in voluntarily they shouldn't have held you at all unless it was something really bad. longest time i ever spent in jail was 4 hours and that was 4 hours too many. cops are the stupidest people on this planet. word of advice kids, never argue with a pig!
