Actually Celoco, the NorthEast is about the only place in the country were people say "Soda" and not "Pop". Ive been out on the west coast for 6 years and I still refuse to say "Pop", it just sounds ghey :P

Redpop is a type of "soda pop"...

It's made by Faygo, which is centered in Detroit ( where I live ).

It's sorta like strawberry pop, and it's yummy. :D

Oh, and BTW - I only call it pop. Here in this area, pretty much everyone I know calls it that. Only when I lived in Florida do I remember people calling it "soda".

Faygo rocks. It tastes basically the same as normal pop ( aside from the "cola" flavor - Pepsi and Coke have nothing to fear from the masses on that ), and I can get them for 50 cents a 2 liter.

4 liters of Redpop for 1 buck makes poor me a happy guy. Rock & Rye is awesome, too. I've yet to find any pop made by any company that tastes even somewhat like it. You guys should try it. :)

nearly everyone in california,arizona, and nevada call it "soda" i cant vouch for many other states cuz i havnt spent enough time there to know whats common...i say soda..except when i want to sound homogay and say "pop"

I live in Buffalo New york and nobody uses the word "soda"... it's "pop" up here. I'm sure that sounds homogay to the rest of you, it sounds pretty stupid to me as I write it, but it's so common of a word in my area I don't even notice it.

I'm sure a lot of you say shit I'd think was pretty stupid :P I had a friend who moved here from Texas who used to say shit like:

Texan: You're fixin' to get stuck.
