well that one is a fake.

there are around a dozen or so in the US that you CAN purchase legally however if you jump through all the bullshit unconstitutional paperwork though they cost around 100 grand IF you can find somebody willing to sell theirs which is not likely.

you can see some of the guys tyhat own them tear shit up with them at knob creek kentucky every 6 months machine gun owners all across the US go there for a big shoot, i will probably be going to the next one to see if i can find a flamethrower for sale, i dont like shoveling my driveway the normal way in the winter.
