OKay, I was convinced to play, I got it on order.

I was looking at certs and whatnot, and I figured I would go into the Infiltration/Hacker line of work.

The question is, does everyone and his brother take the darklight implant, and does it negate the infiltration suit completely?

If so, then I will probably be something else.

U picked the same combo as me, cept I am also combat engineer and reaver pilot with darklight, darklight implant is best imo, however noone hardly uses it which is why infiltrators like gray own. I would be half descent but my comp + connection is teh suk

So, all in all I think you have the best starting certs, cept i'd go with engineer first then hack.

Infiltrator then engineer, then combat engineer then reaver or hack your choice, then adv. hack or even medic, adv. medic's are leet. Gal pilots are really useful too, they are like the clerics of eq in Planetside.

U will be changin certs like your underwear. It's no worries if u pick a cert and want to change it to another one later. U can get to BR 20 which is 24 total cert points. Each cert profession ranges from 2 to 4 cert points.

DarkLight takes stamina to use...u can prolly leave it on for only 10 seconds or so before u run out of sta...so inf suit still works good. Also an INfil can use those EMP granades which breaks everyone's implants for a while...this makes them unable to see u

You can use darklight for 230498230 hours if you want, you just can't move and you have to use crouch. Crouching while not moving at all will not use any of your stamina.

Yeah the jammer grenades. I got one running, he's br3, and I'm still learning the game. I ordered mine online and I'm waiting for it to ship, I got my friends 7 day trial which according to them I can seemlessly integrate to keep my character. But that means I have no manuals and shite so I have to learn on my own heh.

It feels so much like tribes to me that I wonder where my jetpack is all the time.
