This might be reaching, but they are hiring....Tech Support guys? :) U know...the ones who talk to people cannot connect! Now we all know there is not alot of tech support guys needed for diablo, wc3 and sc on battlenet....a MMO game is a whole different ball game tho! Lot's of tech support needed for that :) And they are starting to hire now......
Technical Support Representative
Blizzard is seeking computer-savvy individuals to provide assistance to our customers via telephone, e-mail, chat rooms, and Battle.net forums! This is a position for an experienced computer user with a strong background in technical computer matters.
Support Representatives MUST be able to work full-time at our headquarters in Irvine, California. This shift's typical hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, but applicants must also be available to work other hours and/or weekends, when required. This is a temporary, full-time, entry-level position that is paid by the hour. Sorry, but there are no part-time or internship-level positions open at this time.
Requirements
Passion for games
Strong knowledge of Windows-based operating systems and the DirectX API
Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
Experience with sound cards, video cards, modems, and other PC peripherals
Positive work ethic
Good typing skills
Team player
Pluses
Strong knowledge of the Macintosh-based operating systems
Strong knowledge of Networking, HTML, and/or Programming
