Im proud to say ive seen that guy a few times.. Hes from Manhattan :P

Also not so proud to say he makes more than you and me combined. The avg panhandler with a good come-on makes 40+ thousand a year. Imagine what this "Famous one" makes.

I liked Gray's idea for bums under his plan to re-build a new bridge into the 21st and 1/2 century.
