Xondio has been suspended pending a review by the officers and members of the guild. His violations include:
1. Violation of ordance 157.192 "Anti-Dick clause"
2. Repeated public disrespect/insults to other DB member.
3. Lack of impartiality as an assigned moderator for a forum.
Suspension will include a loss of private board accesses, loss of control over web account and forum moderator powers stripped. After officer/member review this may be permanant as the suspension is turned in membership revocation.

Members have stated they do not wish to play or be members with said violator which has iniated this action against his membership.
Note: Folks, it's not horribly hard to get into DB. We have always been pretty lenient about our admissions given u are a gamer hobbist, have some profiency at playing whatever game we are playing and are fun. But to stay in the guild u cannot be a dick...especially to other members and it seems Xondio has lost sight of this. Everyone has disagreements...heck i disagree with him in that post, but it does not have to devolve into name calling insulting mates. Save those for non-members. No one is immune to this if the guild is down to 5 people who get along...then 5 people it will be....but it will be 5 people who respect each other and have fun killin' everyone else together :p
Xondio will maintain the ability to post on the public boards just as anyone can. More info will follow as his fate is determined by his peers (altho i suspect he will have a fit and blow any chance at fixing this shortly after this post :p).
