let me just tell you as im installing the expansion. THIS IS THE MOST RETARDED INSTALATION IVE EVER FUCKING DONE, AND THE MOST RETARDED LOGIN EVER. But dont let that scare you away i havent gotten to play the game yet.

I really hope this game is worth the time i put into the install.

Yeah the install is huge because you're turning your PC into a quality PS2 emulator...

The login is insane but it connects you to everything you purchased from PlayOnline. Interactive Kiosk basically...

You'll get your game messages there as well and you can manage your game profiles outside the game with it. Not characters, the profile used for them. You can manage your friends list for FFXI outside the game here as well as send them messages and such.

When you see a little email and chat icon flashing in the top right corner of the screen when playing FFXI you have messages for you that you can check later in your PlayOnline interface.

Pretty neat after you get it set up but I agree it's a pain in the ass to get it all done.

That's if you're going to Unicorn. I believe Liberty started on Fairy.

I would go there but I already have a 13 War / 4 Black mage on Unicorn with the best gear for that lvl. Flaming Claymore baby... You talk about a punishing Heavy Slash, that sword is the win 8)
