from the playonline viewer just log in as you would to play FFXI but instead of clicking Games click on Members (or something to that affect), then select Content ID and then click cancel, its very easy, the only form of ID they ask you is to re-enter your playonline ID (hope you wrote it down) and your password.

ffxi...worst $50 i ever spent

Yeah, I just cancelled my account last week. I had more fun mowing the lawn than playing FFXI.
