Well since there is nothing that I am currently playing and I was extremely bored, I went out and bought Star Wars Galaxies. What sold me the game was the jedi fight movie they have on the main page of starwarsgalaxies.com it looked really cool. I really didn't look into the game that much.
After playing the game for the first 2 days I was very bored and not at all impressed. But the other day I met some other newbie players and they tought me a few new things and the game has been very fun lately. The game offers a lot and there is a ton more to come with upcomming expansions. If anyone is interested in playing this with me it is most definately more enjoyable with a partner or 2. The game takes awhile to learn and I still don't know how to do anything really :) But, if you're bored and have 50 bucks to spend come join me on the Intrepid Server, my name is Exivate.
I think it is a great alternative until WoW comes out.
