I am not going to change the news post below this to hide my earlier ardure about the cheating on Discord, but I do want to update the latest happenings. Today, GMs did come to Discord and removed the blatant cheaters. Everyone on the server cheered the removal of the blight on what we all are considering one of the best ideas for server ever. As most folks know, I am not one to apologize lightly, but seeing as the cheaters made their biggest run during New Years Eve and Day holidays (possibly on purpose) and many Sony employees, like everyone else, were not working, it's somewhat hard to fault them for the response time. They DID respond, however, and all of the players on Discord (even the ones who hate us for killing them) are surely glad the integrity of the game and the contest remains intact.
As such, I am gonna back peddle on my flame of Sony. I stand here braced and ready for any of you to flame me for being a "pussy" and backing down or being an ass kisser if that's how you perceive it, but fact is they fixed the problem and gave us back the hard core server that we all signed up to play on minus the rediculous game disrupting cheaters. So with a grin, we are back to killin' folks and possibly having the most fun in our history on Discord with sincere thanks to the CSR who took care of it!
