I was just screwing around when i typed in http://www.darkenbane.cjb.net but apparently there seems to be another guild which uses the same name. Apparently, they play UO, but what I found to be most funny about it all was under the guild members page. If you scroll to the bottom to the rules, it says NO PKS. At any rate, coincedence or on purpose, this is funny.

When we came up with the name of Darkenbane (before the beta of UO), we wanted a name that was not used anywhere else. Not in books...not in movies....no where. Basically we wanted to be original and one of a kind. We suceeded, but cannot stop the mimics from using our name copying us. The key, however, is everyone knows they copy us so they pretty much lose any legitamcy.


Just so you know, there is also a copycat Diablo guild that uses our name ;p
