its says that the sheild will protect from things like Flail fire but small arms (i.e. MCGs, Gauss, Strikers im hoping aswell) will be able to penetrate the sheild, and theres something about a sniper being able to hit the sheild generator, there by knocking it out and making it fair game for everything, but i dont think we're gonna see any dev responses till tomorrow :(

and of course you must own CC to drive the things as well :D . But I wonder if gunners can man the things without owning CC.. Also, Im betting you must have mods to access them as well. People will be going into a frenzy in those caves to get the mod if so.

I dont really care if they put them in. I just hope there's not some mech with super AA mode or something, as if we needed more AA on the field
