I've got a druid about level 25, should be 50 with full vermi in about a week :) Swishahouse plays and is a 20ish wizzie named swishahouse, anyone else hittin it up?,

If someone makes a melee i can prolly PL em and it'll go fast as fuck with DS and 4x exp modifier took me about 5 1/2 hours playing time to get enuff pp for full wisdom/mana jewlery all spells to 29 and level 25....just logged on today :) soloin aviaks ..;p one orange per kill....

Yep.... I have a 31 ench and a 15 necro I was workin on. I played for the first couple of weeks of the server, but got really turned off by the lack of players, same old bugs from OB1, immature playerbase, ect ect. Sounds like they got some new changes that are gonna be implemented so I might give it another go. Then again, CS>LV imo

Me and Swishahouse formed a Guild last night called "Money Shot" I'm a 40 druid now he's got a 33ish wizard and Wiqid is a 35 chanter if anyone wants to join us, we need a melee and i can PL em quick, it took me 2 days to get to 40 without a PL....not difficult+ skills go up 4x faster to compensate for exp so it levels out

theres a new file tweaker
and u might experiance a graphics bug in which case u have to replace the render effect file with a new one other than that its easy, I just got 48 me and wiqid tear thru BBM clearin all guards charm kiting...

well vall kinda summed it up, IMO a well played shaman is best pvp class cuz Ebolt absolutely owns, as well as malise being similar to tash in that its unressistable

Wizzies got it pretty easy when they get 49 b/c of ice comet of course, but as swishahouse can tell you they are a bitch to level b/c mobs seem to have lotsa hps and u gotta med ect, but thus goes grinding

bards "own" in that they can fuckin run outta spell range and dot, and kill someone if they have 45 minutes to dedicate to it :P

Mages can summon the instant click null sticks so there decent as well, and have an alright nuke

Rangers have it decent in that they can use the spell box as a Ret (line it up dead center on screen) and get crits everytime they shoot

Ench's are pretty good i guess there manaseive rapes the under wisdom/intel geared casters and there leveling is easy b/c currently (i imagine it will be fixed, they can charm yellows including guards in kaladim and shit and keep pet for max duration)

I do exceptionally well as a druid very well rounded, easy for me to level, nice buffs, nice dots, decent nukes, and i can solo gorgons in fear for my vermiculated

Keep in mind when making your decision that the Database has to be upgraded in order for quests to be implamented and that wont happen untill this new one (projecteq.net) is released however it going to be one almost PERFECTLY exact to the way old world quests mobs, loot and faction worked so just wait it out and it will be updated eventually

Basically any class well played is good suprisingly even tho alotta people bitch; theres no real WAY OUT OF BALANCE classes

also keep in mind that this is old world, not quested loot so choose ur starting race accordinly (i.e. dont take the route i did and pick half elf as ur druid b/c of the starting point of qyenos, b/c they have suck shit wisdom) Erudite casters are the best, ect ect

There is a merchant in Felb that sells some jewlery ...int earings, 7 sv all rings (for 450pp) umm 30hp/mana neclase, 15mana/hps bracers...and what not to gear your jewlery slots, Theres also one that sells 5 sv magic earings as well as 5 sv to anything (not all included on one all seperate earings) and crimson potions pumices and what not located in normal feliwithe. If you choose gnome race there are 20sv cold back slots sold in ak'anon however there gnome only

Lguk is fully itemized so DE mask, yak, SMR, froggie crown, all that oldworld shit is there (mith amulet is not and neither is bag of evil eye ....unless u get a GM to summon evil eye for you which they will typically do if there a level 3 gm and are allowed too)

Some items drop in large quanities off mobs (I.E. NRO dervs drop like 3-5 bronze weaps each) which is good for farming some quick cash for your spells and what not, and gnolls and mobs of that nature drop like 1pp sometimes 2
This also includes Fear example: today i killed two gorgons, one dropped a vermi bracer AND vermi boots and the other just dropped a crown ..as aposed to live where they often drop nothing, all mobs in fear are on a 24 hour spawn timer (including trash mobs) with the gods and dragons like vox and naggy on a 7 day spawn timer

There are npcs named "port hoes" at Nk, sro, tox, Gfay, nek, wizard spires that sell port potions for free to take you to any of these 5 spires which have a 20 second cast time on them to prevent there implamentation to pvp

Experiance is sped up 4x for this stage which is still beta keep in mind and old hell levels 30 35 40 and 45 are about half as fast, (you still get half an orange per kill on average, as apposed to the other levels u get about an orange or 20pct per) AS ARE skills (sped up that is) 4x so your skills rise in accordance with your fast leveling

Boxing is apparenly able to be done with one accnt, cant tell ya too much about this subject tho b/c i havnt tried it Allswell/tubias reaper can answer questions on that however b/c he's done it


Wiqid is currently a 50 ench trying to gear up in hate tonight (no success yet ;p) and i'm a 50 druid with a few peices of vermi ...hopefully i'll get to clear all gorgons next pop and finish my set off swisha is gimp 35 wizzie b/c he wasnt online when me and wiqid did the exp grind....lol weird callin it a grind cuz it only took 3 days to get 50

Server is actually pretty nicely done, gives you the oldskool RZ pvp feel in that you encounter meaning pvp at places like aviaks, Paw dwarfs in BBM, Guk ect

That reminds me Pvp is based on the old rz ruleset 4+ or - and you get 15 points per kill for a solo kill as well as 25 for killing someone as a group (also known as gangbanging) you loose 5ish everytime you yourself are killed Gms are also pvpable (tho its kinda hard heh and they give you 100pkp each and this pkp as its reffered to can be used to purchase pvp gear, which is some of the best gear on the server List of PRICES, not stats however lol i dont know all those nor is there a thread on it anymore (http://www.lucid-vision.org/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=6483&highlight=pkp+armor+armour)

And as far as your guild does, their attitude alone is recognition enough. But in all fairness, every LAST one of them bitches/mopes when they lose on how unfair the odds are, but when they are winning (normally because they have 2+ more people helping) they like to make it way more than obvious that they are holding it down in the PvP. Naturally, only because of their numbers.

Necros fair alright, they're bond of death is quite nice however ur missin like 34 39 and 49 pet spells i think which is really not that big of a deal considering a GM...such as Grimfan can summon them for you no problem just have to ask

Yeah I love bond of death,I have a 54 necro on RZ,and that spell owns as does ebolt,deflux....necros do rock.

But Ice Comet is so leet also on the wizard lol One thing about the necro though I'll level fast,and wizard until I get jboots I'll have to depend on Sows or potions quadding at 34.

I do love the necro but I enjoy the wizard better due to the fact porting owns,and faster killing.

Necros are the greatest farmers for extra money though. I'll see lol
