what do you do when your angry?

the whole count to 10 thing doesnt work for me. I keep 5 water bottles(empty ones) on my desk, 1 away from all the others. When I get mad I backhand as hard as I can one of the bottles and send it flying across the room. THen I just put another one in place So i dont have to reach for the one that just got bitch slapped.

When i wanna throw something, I get a thick roll of toilet paper and throw it as hard as I can. The toilet paper is good because it wont wont ruin the wall(I threw a can of air freshener once, made a hole in the wall so thats not a good idea).

i really really need to get a Punching bag though, seriously. I can punch it, beat the shit out of it with a baseball bat, etc.

smoke a blunt of the cronic, then i forget about what i was mad about, or all of the sudden it seems much more comical. Or i smoke like 3 or 4 and get so high I completely forget about pretty much everything...anyone ever get that high??


Instructions..in ten easy steps

1.) purchase the chronic..... from a chronic docter...
2.) buy a cigar ...white owl flavored for newbs ....peach optimo for pro's (its got two layers one for the gar and one for flavor so it makes rolling a lil more difficult)
3.) lick a line down a side of it, cut a straight line down it splitting it in half and to where your able to empty the current contents out and have a somewhat flat peice of cigar paper
4.) cut off the end if you think you can roll your own(end that is)....you prolly cant, so leave it on
5.) make it sort of rounded up on one end and fill it with the gan
6.) then proceed to roll it very tightly up using ur finger nails (thumb) all the way down to make sure its tucked behind the last roll (once u get REAL good and can make it super tight.....dont b/c it wont smoke good it'll be too hard to hit...but moderate tightness conserves it by making it burn slower)
7.) when you reach the top lick the open end and keep rollin then use a lighter to dry ur line carefully if ur in a rush or leave it on ur coffe table untill its dry
8.) insert the tightest end into your mouth and spark the other end
9.) inhale the smoke out of the back of the blunt untill you cant hold anymore
10.) Choke ....rinse and repeat

I will also lye on the ground with my feet and legs relaxed,and just meditate,and I do feeling myself floating like,it's the greatest damn feeling. When I meditate I put myself in a peaceful setting such as a peaceful forest in like Japan or the orient,and I am looking at the most beautiful Heian beauty with super long hair,and a soft feminine voice.

You can go anywhere when you meditate,my good friend who is Chinese taught me how to meditate,and relax.

Also you can lye in your bed,and put on a CD of an oceans waves...the most relaxing thing to listen to when your on edge.

Also pick up a book,and read it,you'll forgot about everything once you get into a story.

Last thing to do when your pissed is take a piece of paper,and a pencil,and write everything your pissed about on the paper,don't worry about spelling,grammar,commas etc etc just write away ! You might even notice you have talent for writing music lyrics,your hidden talent might get discovered next time your pissed about something.
