My case says it's mobo capacity is ATX-Up to 11"W x 12"L and my mobo says it's dimensions are 12.0" x 9.6".. Which is the L and W? Will this fit? That's my concern right now.
Also.. please let me know if you see any compatability issues. If you don't see anything wrong with this, I'll probably be ordering this tomorrow.

Why not go with AMD?
Get like a 2500+ Barton Core, a decent fan\artic silver, bump that FSB to 400 instead of 333, and now you have like 2.4ghz which is 3200 range, witht he cash you save you can get a decent abit/asus mobo with raid, get 2 hard disks and run in raid 0, get 2 gigs of ram, and an ATi vidcard, because I've heard the entire FX line is gimp.
I personally tend to skimp on processor and mobo and go for ram ram ram when I build systems. Good vid card is must have too. Raid 0 is a nice boost too but not super needed, if you want to save more cash that is. If you go AMD stay away from Sempron cores Barton with 512k cache is some nice shit, With an abit mobo like the Abit NF7(what I have) you can overclock easy without (hardly) any risk of burning your shit out. Even the reatil fan and heatsink that came with my 2500+ lets me run at 400 FSB no problems even doing Prime95 all night long.
For the same price as that Intel you could also go AMD64, something like AMD Athlon 64 2800+ only costs like 144$ and that's retail pkg at newegg. Even if you want the rest of your setup the same just get AMD64 and an AMD64 supporting mobo over that intel stuff.
Just my .02, I haven't read HardOCP in over a year so I could be wrong.

Damn I wish I was getting a computer like that. I gotta wait another year and I have to get a notebook. Hopefully I can also get a new desktop at that time.

Most games are enhanced towards NVIDIA compatibility. An ATi Radeon 9800 Pro is a great and cheap buy though.
I would get a FX 5900 instead of that 5700.
If you are getting the FX generation of cards, get an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro, for the money/performance they are the best cards hands down in that generation, and this is comign from a huge Nvidia fan boy.
If you wish to go more modern and spend some more, get a Nvidia Geforce 6800 or 6800GT, now THEY kick ass.
