Do i just extract the alpha version into my "interface" folder within World of warcraft?....

extract it into your WoW directory, not any subfolders in that directory.

Well i extracted it into the WOW directory AFTER extracting it into the subfolder named "Interface" and when i ran WOW it said out of date UI click Delete or Click exit, so i deleted it, logged into my char screen, crashed..(a WOW first for my comp), then re logged in, successfully this time, but have bad GFX lag, where it like skips a second when i run and jump and move still playable but annoying considering how smoothe it used to run, is this all b/c of the new patch and others are experiancing it? or is it from extracting to Interface any Answers?

yeah, got a mage named Terminal and a Hunter named Chronnic though i typically play the mage he's 24ish
